Every flag is cut from different hose, so the color and marks on each one are a little different. No two are alike, and made in small batches in our shop in Cape Coral, Florida.

What it won't do: hang on a pole or outside in the weather. It's made for an indoor wall or a covered space.

What it won't do: fit a small space. Measure the wall first. If it's under about 4 feet wide, the classic 24" by 42" flag is the better fit.

How to pick the right flag

Size. The classic and most designs are 24" by 42". The Extra Large is 42" by 52". Measure the wall before you buy.

Design. Pick by what they want to honor: the country (classic or Betsy Ross), their state (Texas), their values (Second Amendment), or the look of the room (Arid Border). There's no "better" design. It's about the person.

Looks. Every flag is cut from different hose. The color, letters, and scuffs vary from flag to flag, so theirs won't match the photo exactly. That's what makes each one their own.

Hanging. Every flag has 4 brass grommets, so it hangs on screws, hooks, or nails. Hang it on an indoor wall or in a covered space.

Why fire hose

Our flags are made from 5" supply line, the large hose that carries water from the hydrant to the engine. Departments retire hose for different reasons. We take it in, keep it out of the landfill, and cut it into stripes and stars.

The marks you see were on the hose when it came to us. We don't add them.
