This gives it maximum weight, grip, and puncture resistance. The Premium Drop Zone Mat uses the woven outer jacket of fire hose backed with Cordura - it is lighter, more flexible, and looks more refined. Choose HD when durability and stability matter more than weight savings.

What sizes does the HD come in?
Two sizes:
- Standard: 24 in x 15 in - fits a pistol cleaning bench or compact workspace
- Large: 36 in x 15 in - room for long guns, full tool layouts, and grill prep

How heavy is it?
The HD is intentionally the heaviest Drop Zone Mat in the lineup. It is still rollable and transportable, but plan on it being noticeably denser than the Premium or Regular versions.
Where is it made?
Every HD Drop Zone Mat is handcrafted in the United States from authentic decommissioned American fire hose. Each mat is unique - you may see original department markings, scuffs, or color variation. Those are not defects, they are evidence of real service. Once a hose supply is depleted, it cannot be reproduced.

Because each mat is built from repurposed material, some surface variation, markings, and wear are normal and expected - those are not returnable defects.
