A one-of-a-kind 12 Hour Backpack 2.0 prototype from The Overhaul. Same proven 12-liter compact platform, rebuilt tougher and leaner. When it sells, it is gone.

The Upgrades: We swapped the standard 1000D for heavy-duty 1680D ballistic Cordura and stepped up to heavy YKK zippers. That is a real jump in abrasion resistance, tear strength, and weather protection.

The Streamline: This prototype drops the hydration port and the 3-sleeve organizer in the front pocket. The result is a cleaner, lighter, no-nonsense build focused on the toughest possible shell.
